Designing Education
My goal in approaching any e-learning design has been to make complete use of the benefits of the online modality; its limitless reach, flexibility, accessibility, scalability, and cost effectiveness, without sacrificing the intimacy and familiarity of an in-person learning experience.
I believe the clearest path to learning is through experience. E-learning can very easily be created as a passive experience, but when participation and active involvement is encouraged, meaningful learning can occur.
I currently live in New York City, and I'm passionate about the potential for online learning to improve on outdated models of classroom instruction.
