VP of Edtech

April 2014 - July 2019

My work has been focused on addressing the issues that have plagued online learning from the start: questions about quality of materials, efficacy, and how to use cognitive theory to motivate learners to choose to engage. As the VP of Educational Technology for The Princeton Review, my challenge is to translate the connection our student make with tutors to an online experience that can be accessed by any student, anywhere. I manage the development and delivery of online instruction for over 100,000 students a year and am revolutionizing the way our students think about online learning.

  • Head of online content and development

  • Redesigned the online experience, from strategy to delivery, creating a best-in-class online course offering

  • Lead the development of over 550 hours of standardize tests and college preparation course work

  • Manage the Online Content team

Senior E-learning Specialist

March 2010 - 2014

When I first sat down with MDA Training they were a very established provider of tailored training, simulations, multimedia, and venues; based in London with offices in New York, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, and Hong Kong. However they did not have an e-learning department. My first task in coming up with the foundation for their e-learning department was to match the efficacy of the rest of their services, which led to what has now become their philosophy. The goal was to translate the charisma and enthusiasm of the face-to-face trainer, into the faceless online environment.

  • Develop/sire their e-learning department

  • The tasks of creative director, responsible for all phases of multimedia development

  • LMS administrator managing the entire use base

In my career, I have created a wide range of online training solutions for a number of clients.

All with unique training needs, met with unique training solutions.
